Chloe Forster is a Partner in our Technology Transactions and Strategic Sourcing group and UK sector co-lead for DLA Piper's Consumer Goods, Food and Retail sector. Chloe works with retail, hospitality and CPG businesses on their digital evolution journey, advising on strategic and business critical, technology focussed tie-ups, which regularly involve global, multi-tower and multi-vendor ecosystems. Her work often includes providing advice on multiple aspects of the sourcing process, including developing the contract structure, commercial construct, implementation approach, governance and performance management regimes so as to help her clients appropriately manage risk, without stifling innovation.
