Following an initial career in Human Resources, and after practising as a private practice employment law specialist for 16 years in two highly regarded top 50 law firms, in December 2022, Lisa accepted the role of Head of Legal Dispute Resolution UK/ROI for the multinational optical and audiology retail chain, Specsavers. Lisa thrives on building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation from Director level down, providing pragmatic legal advice and guidance on a broad range of commercial / trading issues arising from the Group’s UK & ROI operations and Joint Venture businesses.
