Kelly is one of the UK's leading employment lawyers in the field of workforce diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB), spearheads our employment team's equality practice, and sits on RPC's Executive Board, applying an ESG lens to our strategic decisions. She also leads RPC's multi-disciplinary ESG client advisory practice.
In September 2025, Kelly and the ESG team launched ESG Evolve, a whitepaper and practical toolkit that brings together perspectives from General Counsel, Heads of Legal and sustainability leaders in the Consumer Brands & Retail sector on how ESG, including DEIB, can be embedded more effectively across organisations.
In its foreword, the United Nations Foundation described the whitepaper as "an essential resource". The project is currently nominated for multiple awards across the industry.
For a number of years, Kelly led RPC's partnership with the British Retail Consortium's as the exclusive employment law experts in delivering their Diversity and Inclusion Charter, working with CEOs, HRDs, DEIB experts and other leaders at over 80 retailers to support them to develop practical actions and interventions to move the needle on equality across the retail sector.
