Lawrence is Chief Legal Officer for Pizza Hut UK, Europe and Latin America and Caribbean (Yum! Brands Inc.) where he is responsible for all legal and regulatory matters across these regions. Lawrence also sits on the Pizza Hut’s International Operating Markets (IOM) leadership team. Lawrence is also Interim General Manager for Pizza Hut Germany.

Prior to Pizza Hut, Lawrence worked as Head of Legal for KFC Western Europe (Yum! Brands Inc.) sitting on leadership teams in Iberia, Germany and Italy. Before his career at the Yum! Group, Lawrence worked as a corporate finance lawyer at McDermott Will & Emery (London, with secondments in Brussels and Geneva), Norton Rose Fulbright (London) and EY (London) specialising in all aspects of franchising and corporate law, including public and private company M&A, joint ventures, IPOs and fund-raising for listed companies in a range of sectors with a focus in the FMCG sector.
