Jonathan is the General Counsel & Chief People Officer of Ocado Retail, the 50:50 joint venture between Ocado Group and Marks & Spencer. In this role he is responsible for the Legal and Compliance functions, alongside HR and Sustainability. Prior to this, Jonathan was the Deputy General Counsel at Ocado Group plc, having held a number of other corporate, transactional and management roles in the legal team. Jonathan began his career in the corporate team at Slaughter and May.
